header graceThis month, we are thinking about, studying, and looking for Grace.  What is grace?  How do we give Grace?  How do I tell my kids what grace is?  When is it appropriate to show grace or give consequences?

I know my daughters, but sometimes I don’t know what is going on in the heart.  Sometimes they need instruction guidance and sometimes they need grace.  For me, it takes complete dedication and close special attention to know which part of the heart they are acting out of, plus what the need of the moment will be.  God knows us so well that He can tell the state of our heart.  He knows just the right time for Grace.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.  For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” -Ephesians 2:8-10
